Almost from birth Tiffany Kira Johnson has been an entertainer. By age four Tiffany began to sing and perform in public. It didn't take long for family and friends to realize that they had an entertainment powerhouse on their hands. Packed into that pint-sized package were the voice of an angel and the spirit of a champion. Singing, dancing, writing, and performing accolades soon followed. As a twelve year old Tiffany actually published a children's book. But by the time she entered the eighth grade Tiffany began to turn her attention more and more towards her singing career. Says Tiffany, "I enjoy anything creative, but singing is definitely at the top of my list."

Since then Tiffany entered and graduated from Phillips Exeter Academy and moved on to Brandeis University. And when not studying has found the time to release five CD's and three DVD's.

All eight productions have been coordinated by music giant Marty Walsh. Walsh, who is best known for his worldwide success as a member of the band Supertramp, brought a level of input and interest that is usually unheard of for a teenage artist. Walsh's extensive background working with other young female performers like LeAnn Rimes made him the perfect person for this role. Marty's position on the faculty of the Berklee College of Music makes him the perfect combination of teacher and creative director.

As extraordinary as it is for a 20-year-old girl to already have released five albums, what is even more note-worthy is Tiffany's work toward betterment of her community.

This past December Tiffany performed at her annual Holiday Concert at Lawrence High School in Lawrence, Massachusetts.

The event, which entered its sixth year in 2010, is a free holiday extravaganza that has brightened the lives of thousands of Lawrence school children.

The shows past success at the smaller Parthum School caused the Mayor of Lawrence to ask if it could be moved to a larger venue. So on the freezing cold morning of December 18th, 2009, over fifteen hundred children learned the true meaning of Christmas when Tiffany and her band performed for them.

Parthum School principal Sharman Sullivan says, "They love her. They treat Tiffany like she's a movie star. It really is a bright spot for all of our students. She is what every parent wants their child to aspire to be."

The Holiday Concerts are produced by Ron Bellanti Concert Productions, a nationally known event production company. Bellanti says "The amazing thing about Tiffany is not simply her high level of talent. It is her high level of caring. She uses her talents to give back. When she plays at that school she is treated like a star. The kids absolutely go crazy over her, and you can see how happy it makes her to make them happy. Tiffany is a role model for these kids, but more than that she is an inspiration." Tiffany's work has not gone unnoticed. She was recognized at a special ceremony that featured these words from Lawrence Mayor Michael Sullivan, "I was very moved when I listened to Tiffany's CDs and learned about the performance. It is so awesome that Tiffany takes time out of her busy life to entertain our students. She is a special person for that."

Tiffany Kira Johnson is a star on the rise. She is a young woman that is not just a super talent in waiting, but a shining example for hundreds of children around her.

When asked how it feels to have accomplished so much so fast and what it means to her to be on the receiving end of all this attention she says, "I am passionate about performing and making music. It's important to give back to the community, and being able to do so through music is so gratifying. Every year I am welcomed with smiling faces and warmth, and I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to share the joy of music with the children."
